Manage your subscription
Everything below lives under the store tabs. For what plans, extras and credits actually are, see Plans, credits and extras.
Top up credits
Section titled “Top up credits”Under Credits, choose Load. Pick a preset amount or Enter custom amount — the minimum is 10€ (“Minimum amount is 10€”), and the figure shown is com IVA incluído.
Payment goes through Pay with Stripe. If the session cannot be created you get “Failed to create top-up session. Please try again.”
Buy extras
Section titled “Buy extras”Under Add-ons, choose a Pacote or an individual feature and set the Quantity. The page shows per unit and a running Total.
At checkout you choose how to pay:
- Pay with Credits — deducted from your balance, confirmed as Paid with credits
- Pay with Stripe — by card
Short on balance, you will see Insufficient credits. Success is Purchase completed successfully!
Invite people to the subscription
Section titled “Invite people to the subscription”Subscription Invites manages who has access. Pending invites are flagged — “You have 1 pending subscription invite”, or “Tem {n} convites para subscrição pendentes”. You can Resend invite or share the invite link directly.
Stop paying, without losing what you paid for
Section titled “Stop paying, without losing what you paid for”Cancel membership stops the recurring charge:
Are you sure you want to cancel the plan membership for your subscription? The recurrent payment for the plan will be cancelled. You still keep the benefits until the day of the expiration date.
To start paying again, Reactivate recurrent payment:
In the end of each billing, we will automatically proceed to a renewal of your benefits and charge you for the plan amount
Leaving versus deleting
Section titled “Leaving versus deleting”These two look similar and are not.
Leave subscription removes you from it:
Are you sure you want to leave this subscription? You will lose access and all its benefits
Delete subscription removes it for everyone:
When a subscription expires
Section titled “When a subscription expires”An expired subscription blocks actions on the documents that came from it — you will see “Action failed. The subscription from which this document originated has expired.” or, on a trial, “…está em Trial e expirou.”
The documents are not deleted. Renewing restores access to them.
