Plans, credits and extras

Three separate things decide what your organisation can do: the plan you subscribe to, the extras you buy on top of it, and the credit balance you pay for extras with. They behave differently, and the differences matter.

The plan

Your subscription grants an allowance of each feature. Current Plan shows which plan you are on, and View Usage how much of it you have consumed.

The metered features are:

Extras

When an allowance runs out you do not have to change plan. Add-ons sells more of a single feature:

Purchase additional resources for your subscription. Extra resources have no time limit and are consumable until depleted.

That sentence carries the important distinction:

Extras do not expire — plan allowances do

A plan allowance is granted per billing period and resets. An extra has no time limit and simply sits there until consumed. So buying extras is not the same as upgrading: an extra is a one-off top-up that keeps until used.

Extras come either as Packs — Pack Assina+ 25 / 50 / 100 for signatures and Pack Assina IA 25 / 50 / 100 for AI reviews — or as Individual Features priced per unit (per SMS, per Review, 1K tokens).

You need a plan before you can buy extras: Subscribe to a plan first.

Credits

Credits are stored value, used to buy extras without going through checkout each time:

Add credits to your account. Credits are used to purchase extras and packs instantly.

Top Up Credits tops up the balance, either from a preset or with Enter custom amount. The minimum is 10€, and amounts are shown with IVA incluído.

At checkout you then choose Pay with Credits or Pay with Stripe. If the balance is short you get Insufficient credits and pay by card instead.

Credit Movements is the ledger — “Track all credit top-ups, purchases, and adjustments” — recording every top-up, purchase and adjustment with its date and type.

How they fit together
